The thing we love about being pre-wedding and wedding photographers is that we have the chance to work with clients coming from all over the world.
This time, we got the opportunity to capture pre-wedding photos of Jessica and Gary – a lovely couple from Indonesia.
The couple found us via our Instagram @throughtheglassofficial . When they arrived to Paris, we scheduled a meeting with them in order to confirm the pre-wedding shoot. And of course we would love to get to know the couple in person. Somehow, we ended up discussing about our hobbies, or travel tips most of the time.
The story of Jessica and Gary began way back in high school. But at that time, they were not available for each other. It was not until five years later, after accidentally seeing each other again, they fell in love. Jessica told us that she didn’t want any photos with mainstreams locations. She’d prefer unknown places of Paris so that it would be super special for them.
Starting off the pre-wedding shoot at Montmartre early on a Sunday morning, we wanted to get there before the crowd of people arrived. Montmartre for us is like a mystery that we discover something new, something wonderful each very time we take photos there.
Gray was a bit shy in front of the camera, but thanks to Jessica trying to distract him while we were taking the pictures. The heat was off. After then, we filled ourselves up with some delicious brunch at a local Parisian cafe. Of course, we did not forget to capture some authentic moments.
Then, Jessica and Gary started walking along the Canal Saint Matin trying to seize what was left of the yellow autumn. You will be amazed to see how Jessica handled the cold just to have these wonderful shoots.
