TTG Content Day – Paris, France | April 7&8, 2026

By registering for TTG Content Day (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your booking.

Registration & Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

Your spot is reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Registration is confirmed via email within 48 hours of deposit payment.

1.2 Payment Schedule

All payments must be completed at least 7 days before the Event date. Failure to complete full payment on time may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of your deposit.

1.3 Payment Plans

Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged prior to booking

1.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Deposit

Due to limited seating and the exclusive nature of this experience, all deposits are non-refundable once paid.

2.2 Cancellations by Attendee

If you are unable to attend the Event after booking, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional charge.

2.3 Remaining Balance

Any payments made beyond the initial deposit (toward your remaining balance) are also non-refundable once paid, but may be transferred to another participant as outlined in Section 2.2.

2.4 Cancellations by Through The Glass Paris

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the Event, attendees will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to transfer to a future date. Through The Glass Paris is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.).

What’s Included & Excluded

3.1 Included in Your Registration

Access to the session(s) purchased (Morning, Sunset, or Full Day)
Professional model couples
Styling, florals, and decor as outlined
Transportation during the Morning Session between the Paris locations
Full commercial usage rights for images created during the Event

3.2 Not Included

Travel to/from Paris
Accommodation
Meals and beverages (except as specified)
Transportation to/from meeting points
Personal equipment, insurance, or gear
Any costs not explicitly listed as “included”

Logistics & Schedule

4.1 Schedule Changes

Through The Glass Paris reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule, timeline, or locations due to weather, permit restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.

4.2 Attendance

Attendees must arrive on time at the designated meeting points. Late arrivals may miss portions of the session, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Photography & Usage Rights

5.1 Your Images

All images you create during the Event are yours to use for your portfolio, marketing, social media, and client submissions. There are no publication delays or restrictions.

5.2 Our Documentation

Through The Glass Paris may photograph and film the Event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. By attending, you grant us permission to use images and video footage that include you in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the Event.

Behavior & Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward hosts, models, vendors, and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund

Liability & Insurance

7.1 Assumption of Risk

By attending TTG Content Day, you acknowledge that participation in the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, and outdoor shooting. You assume all risks associated with your participation.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Through The Glass Paris, its owners (Linh and Duc), and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from your participation in the Event. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, equipment damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings

7.3 Insurance

Attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain their own travel and equipment insurance. Through The Glass Paris does not provide insurance coverage for attendees.

Communication & Contact

8.1 Event Updates

All registered attendees will receive pre-event information, meeting point details, and logistics via email and/or private message group at least 7 days before the Event. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly.

Force Majeure

Through The Glass Paris is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with attendees to reschedule or offer alternative solutions but are not obligated to provide refunds.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Agreement

By completing your registration and payment for TTG Content Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
