Romance in the rain: an intimate wedding in Paris
Everything was meticulously planned and prepared for, but nature had its own ideas. The couple was all set that early morning when suddenly, the rain started. Yet, their spirits remained high. After all, as the French say, if it rains on your wedding day, it’s considered lucky. The bride, in her stunning white dress and veil, carrying a gorgeous bouquet, amidst the rain, was magical.

We had to switch locations because of the rain, but it was a piece of cake, thanks to our amazing team! Filming began near the Louvre, where the couple strolled under transparent umbrellas. The rain only added to the romantic and tranquil ambiance of this iconic tourist spot. Despite the weather, the bride and groom were all smiles, happily enjoying their special day and each other’s company.

Parisian Cafe and a walk in the Palais Galliera Garden
Afterward, the couple decided to enjoy morning coffee in one of the cozy Parisian cafes. The warm light of the cafe created a lovely, cozy, and cinematic scene on a rainy day. Even their simple act of reading the morning press together felt relaxed and organic.

A little later, Tina and Eric continued their walk in the Palais Galliera Garden. Surrounded by lush green trees and the stunning 19th-century architecture, with the Eiffel Tower in the background, they enjoyed every moment of the experience.

Despite the rain that persisted throughout the day, a stroke of magic occurred in the afternoon as the ceremony began – the rain stopped, and the sun appeared. It was as though nature itself had orchestrated a moment of serenity, blessing the couple’s union with improved weather.

The rooftop wedding at Marignan Hotel Paris was just gorgeous. The place was beautifully prepared for the ceremony. The floral arch, with the Eiffel Tower as its backdrop, was like a picture straight out of every girl’s Pinterest dream board. Decorated with roses, hydrangeas, lisianthus, dahlias, and peonies in pastel pink hues, it looked like paradise.
